About Us

Our Story

We started our coffee journey in the Seattle area in 2013.  We've been able to attend trainings with many manufacturers, including getting hands-on experience at some of the big names in the espresso world.  While many components are the same from one machine to another, there are some critical differences for different manufacturers.  We have been certified to repair these brands, and are experienced with many more!

  • Rancilio
  • Nuova Simonelli
  • La Marzocco
  • Rocket
  • Slayer
  • Mazzer
  • Eureka
  • Bunn
  • Saeco
  • Breville
  • Delonghi

Our Goals

After moving to Hawaii, we discovered the great need for coffee machine repair.  We rekindled our coffee love in 2025 by starting All Kine Coffee to help commercial and residential fellow coffee lovers.  We want all machines to work to their fullest potential.  Sometimes with a little love and sometimes with a bit more work, we can take a "down on its luck" machine and reinvigorate it!

Tune-Ups and Maintenance

Brew heads and steam wands both benefit from attention, so this is a common repair we perform.

Ongoing maintenance plans also help keep everything working well.  Depending on how busy the coffee shop, a monthly or biannual plan may help keep things running smoothly, so there's less possibility of something happening to put the machine out for awhile.

Training

We know your baristas are your direct customer connection.  But they are also the ones working with that fabulous equipment day-to-day.  Are they doing regular cleaning, or even using the equipment properly?  We can provide in-person training for one person to a dozen, so everyone's on the same page and can make that great cup o' Joe, and clean up aferwards.

Phone Troubleshooting

Let's face it, bringing a tech out to your site requires a minimum charge.  What if it was a simpler phone call so parts could be ordered, and then the tech could do their thing?  For our established commercial customers, we can talk with your onsite person to:

  • make a couple of adjustments
  • help figure out what's wrong
  • provide tips to using the machine right.

Keep in mind, there will still be a charge for these services, but it will likely save that initial wait for the technician's visit to diagnose.
